I've created this four-week online coaching program to help you improve your metabolic health by focusing on one of the most critical factors: sleep.
I know firsthand how much better sleep can impact your overall well-being, and I'm eager to guide you through this journey. Together, we'll explore practical strategies and build sustainable habits that promote restful nights and healthier days.
Here’s what you can expect from the program:
- Four Live (or Later) Sleep Workshops: These workshops will cover essential topics for understanding and improving your sleep.
- Small Group Live Coaching Check-In Sessions: Get personalized guidance and answer your questions in a supportive small group setting. Afternoon and Evening sessions are scheduled.
- Private Online Community: Connect with fellow participants in our exclusive and private online community, where you can share experiences and support one another.
- One-on-One Coaching Session: Each participant will receive a 45-minute coaching session with me to address individual challenges and goals.
The program runs from June 17 to July 15, with main sessions Tuesday evenings from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time. All sessions are recorded and available for you to access throughout the program.
I'm limiting the program to 25 participants to ensure a personalized experience. I'm looking forward to working with you and helping you transform your sleep and your health!

Cultivating My Cycle Health
A Whole-Woman Deep-Dive Course
This Deep Dive serves to educate women like you who desire to learn more about their ovulatory health. This course will assist you in navigating nutrition, supplementation, exercise and sleep during the different phases of your cycle as well as during different seasons in your reproductive continuum.
Throughout this deep dive we want to help you understand when Medical Management is appropriate and what you can be doing to support your cycle when Medical Management may not be necessary (yet).
This course for women is designed to explore YOUR deeper cycle health and equip you with tools to improve the quality of your cycle - which can ultimately improve your overall health.
Join Betsy Hoyt, FEMM* Educator and Women’s Wellness professional along with Megan Blum, PA-C, FEMM Medical Management Practitioner for a 4-week deep dive into your Ovulatory Health!
All women currently cycling (married, single, perinatal, etc.) and women moving through pre-menopause and menopause are most definitely welcome too!
*FEMM (Fertility Education and Medical Management) focuses on the ovulatory cycle as a sign of health - and a healthy cycle means a healthy body - a body which is less likely to experience disease and metabolic disorder later in life.

TeenFEMM
You want what’s best for your daughter - And I do too! Your teen’s cycle is an indicator of her overall health. SO whether it’s pain, PMS, acne, or mood swings - FEMM treats the underlying hormonal imbalance so that your teen can get back to herself. In a TeenFEMM class, you both learn how to identify what is normal and healthy in a cycle, so that you can make informed choices together. Strategy Session

During your 90 minute strategy session we will work together to examine where you have been, where you are now and where you would like to be in your wellness journey.
This Session assesses Deep Health, as well as, Eating and Wellness habits. After your session I will provide notes, recommendations, resources and next steps for you to begin striving toward The Integrated Life.

My integrated coaching philosophy and method is not your normal “life” or “wellness” coaching. Integrated wellness includes prayer, exercise, and appropriate nutrition. When we as women intentionally strive toward integrated wellness, we grow in virtue, strength, and dignity. We are women living out our vocations in mind, body, and soul. Truly turning our wellness into a living testimony of His Glory.
Women who enter into the 9-month 1:1 integrated coaching relationship are treated as an individual. Betsy doesn’t use a “one size fits all” approach. She will listen to your specific needs, goals and accommodate your plan to your lifestyle.
